There are many cafes and stores nearby that rent picnic supplies, so you don't have to worry about supplies at all. I rented a picnic set at a cafe called Picnic near Seonyudo and went on a picnic! The picnic set I chose was the sunset set that included beer. The picnic basket itself was really emotional, and the sky was so pretty on the way to Seonyudo for the picnic, maybe because it was sunset. It's a great course for a light picnic after work, so I recommend a sunset picnic on a weekday evening when it's not crowded:)

Seonyudo Park is a great place for a picnic with friends, couples, or families! It's also great for friends to go together ㅎㅎ We didn't know how to pack lunches...so we bought drinks and bread at a nearby cafe and went there :-) We rented all the items in the picture except for personal items and food! Seonyudo is a famous place for picnics, so if you look around, there are many places to rent, so you can go wherever you want. Personally, I think Seonyudo Park is one of the prettiest places in Seoul when the cherry blossoms bloom! The clean yet warm interior is really attractive. The interior is decorated with cute props and comfortable furniture, making it the perfect atmosphere to read a book or chat with friends while having a cup of tea in the morning. Another great advantage is that you can spend time leisurely looking at the scenery outside from the window seat! 2. Menu The brunch menu is really diverse, and each dish is made with care. From the bridge, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Han River. On the opposite side of Yanghwa Bridge is Seonyudo Park (선유도공원), a public park on a small island in the Han River. Originally an old water treatment plant, it has been transformed into a botanical garden filled with trees and flowers. You can walk along Yanghwa Bridge while enjoying the city views before crossing over to Seonyudo Park for a peaceful retreat. It is one of the beautiful spots in Seoul that should not be missed!

Seonyudo Park is located in the middle of the Han River and stands out with its design that blends nature with old industrial structures, such as the remaining pillars and structures of the water plant. Inside the park, there are shady walkways around the island, vast green spaces, clear ponds, and beautiful botanical gardens. There are also areas for vegetable and local plant gardening. The park is well-organized for relaxation, with viewpoints offering clear views of the Han River. Getting there is easy as you can take a bus that stops right in front of the park.

At one time, there was a sewage treatment plant on Seonyudo. After it reached the end of its life and was removed, it was left abandoned for a long time. However, a design competition was held to revitalize this space, and thus the park was born. The four seasons are beautiful, but the highlight is the season when the autumn leaves bloom. The sight of the autumn leaves surrounded by concrete piles is breathtaking.
