It's night time and perhaps dinner was not satisfying or not full at all. Where to head to for supper with variety? Well, head to Satay By the Bay of course! Satay By the Bay opens late till 10pm at night and it is a supper club where you can still grab something after dinner. Satay by the bay has a boisterous ambience and gives you both local and other cuisines. You can expect Turkish food, Thai food, local BBQ seafood and chicken wings, as well as everyone's favourite satay and many more. The whole place is spacious with lots of seats available, both indoors and outdoors. My favourite food at Satay by the bay is their satay and sometimes I would just drive all the way there for my quick satay fix for supper. The one cultural thing that bonds Singaporeans together is that we love to eat (other than queuing for trendy things and Hello Kitty merchandise). Satay by the Bay is a one stop area for all those visitors to Singapore to take in all the cultural and most importantly delicious local delights such as Sambal stingray, Frog Porridge, Singapore styled pork rib soup Bak Kut Teh, Soy sauce fried noodle Char Kway Teow and not forgetting the entire point of this post, Chicken/pork/mutton barbecue grilled meat Satay. Wash down your meal with a refreshing ice cold Sugarcane juice, there is simply no words to describe such feelings. #springitinerary After a long and eventful day, nothing beats eating dinner at Satay By The Bay at Gardens By The Bay South. There are so much choices but we settled on the star of the show, mix satay containg pork belly, beef, chicken and prawns. Together with the peanut sauce, it is a match made in heaven. The rest of the course included the very tasty pineapple fried rice, tom yum soup, stir fried vegetables and garlic oysters as appetizers. We drown it all down with Sugarcane drinks with lime. After the meal, we are stuffed and satay-sfied! #visitsingapore

This is Satay by the Bay, a hawker center in Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. There is a hawker center on a large premises. I had satay and Hokkien mee♪♪ Because it is a tourist-oriented place, there are not many locals and it may be tourist prices, but it is very convenient because you can quickly eat a lot of Singaporean gourmet food before a show♪♪ The downside is that it is outside so it is a little hot.... The good thing is that it is cleaner than a normal hawker center. It may be suitable for first-timers! It will take you about 10 minutes walk leisurely from Marina Barrage for this 700 meters distance to Satay by the Bay. If you have been to Lau Pa Sat Market then Satay by the Bay is the same concept, an outdoor hawker center to enjoy local food while enjoying at Gardens by the Bay. The hawkers here are curated to showcase the best of local food as well as international food. There are plenty of seats here with many ventilation fans so you can never feel too hot. A modern hawker center overlooking the waterfront promenade in Gardens by the bay. They are open everyday from 9am to 10.30pm and you still in-time to take the last public MRT train back home. Yu can use Gardens by the Bay station on the TEL or walk further down to use Bayfront station on the Circle Line or Downtown Line. You must try the satay which is prepared freshly upon order over the charcoal grill. Satay by the Bay is located at Gardens by the Bay. It is closer to children’s by the bay entrance. It is a few meters from Gardens by the bay MRT station. They have a few other stalls that offer different types of foods. It gets crowded during peak hours especially during dinner time but the area is spacious and there are lots of tables and chairs. However access to the outside tables depend on the weather condition. If it doesn’t rain it’ll be nice to eat away from the covered area. There are many food stalls and many options to choose such as Thai food, Satay, Seafood, Hokkien Mee, Carrot Cake, Steamboat, Drink stalls and Bar. The foods are nice and the price is affordable. You can walk or cycle around and enjoy the view after eating as there are several places with nice views.
