The room is refreshingly decorated, the suite is very spacious, and because of the itinerary, I borrowed Kung Fu tea sets from the hotel, which felt pretty good. I stayed in a standard room type, walked up two flights of stairs, didn't have much luggage, so I didn't call for a bellboy, but other guests with more luggage should remember to call for one. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, the mattress is also good for someone with a bad back like me, the duvet is made of goose down, which is fluffy, soft, and skin-friendly. I'm used to latex pillows, but when traveling, I go with the flow. However, goose down pillows are actually quite nice.
