The name of this park came from the commemoration of the end of World War II on August 16th, 1945 , which is considered is world peace day and is the beginning of peace for all humankind. The park open everyday from 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. You can come to exercise, relax and do various activities at this park except for certain activities such as cycling in the park, playing sport such as football, volleyball , and launching animals into the water. The time that is crowded is in the evening around 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. #meetbangkok

The Santiphap Park is smaller than other parks in Bangkok but it is beautiful and accessible from my hotel accommodation. I like this park because every day I can take a 2-3km walk after waking up.
