I'm a Busan native, so I don't often see snow falling in real time like this, but I felt like I had a really happy time on my trip. That was Daejeon's famous Sangsodong Forest Bathing Area. I was curious because it was already famous as Daejeon's Southeast Asia, and it was really romantic and beautiful because it snowed in real time. To get to Doltap, pass the Forest Bathing Swing Bridge at the entrance and go up a little further and you'll see it right away. Located in Sangso-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon, it is a place where people visit for an outing because it creates an ice park in the winter. The forest bathing area filled with ice felt like a winter wonderland. The walking path is well-maintained, so it is good to spend time walking slowly. They say that they will also be operating a sledding hill starting January 9th, so I recommend visiting for a weekend outing! It is a shame that it is not frozen yet, but it is still beautiful. #koreatrip We visited Sangso-dong during autumn, and this place is also called little Angkor Wat due to its numerous pagodas and stupas. Situated around 30 minutes away from Daejeon, this place is a famous camping spot, and there are also a wide array of Sycamore tree. This is also a famous spot during autumn as you get to see many maple trees turning red. The atmosphere is very suitable if you would like to have a healing trip to calm your inner heart. This park is great for hikes, walks or just relaxing. This is a good spot to have a getaway especially for those staying at Daejeon.

#dreamdestination This is Daejeon Sangso-dong Forest Bathing Ice Garden! The ice pillars were created by surrounding groundwater and valley water! If you visit in winter, you can see some really pretty scenery.

#wintertrip Is this Korea? Located at the southern outskirts of Daejon, is Sangso-dong Forest bath. It is tucked in behind an 'auto camping' site. It opened in 2003 and features some stacked rocks and bricks in ways that remind me more of Angkor Wat rather than Korea. It is open from 9:00 to 20:00 (19:00 in winter) and is free.
