I often half-jokingly tell my friends that finding a bad restaurant in Japan is a hundred times harder than finding a good restaurant, and any restaurant you walk into will be delicious. This time, the restaurant I visited was just a small shop that I walked into by chance. Just after visiting one of the temples in Sagano and preparing to walk to the Sagano train station, I found a store selling eggs on the way. There is no fancy decoration, and there is no clear store name at the door. There are just some dishes written simply under the eaves, but there are quite a few customers. Driven by curiosity, I took a closer look and found that there were only a few choices of dishes, mainly some simple dishes made with eggs, such as raw egg rice, egg pudding, etc. However, friends who have eaten Japanese eggs know that Japanese eggs are extremely delicious. The Sagano Scenic Railway was originally used as a small train railway for transporting freight, but it was no longer used after the opening of the JR San'in Line.
