The city is famous for being the 'fuse of the First World War' After the disintegration of Yugoslavia, Sarajevo was besieged for 3 years and 10 months Now walking on the road, you can also see bullet holes on the walls and bomb pits on the ground . The pure white obelisks on the mountains are everywhere, and most of the people on the tombstones stayed in their 20s The blood roses on the ground are the never-ending tears on the Balkan Peninsula This city of vicissitudes and tenacity, every detail is telling the pain behind the war. . Fortunately, the people living here are enthusiastic Traveling here feels relaxed, not ostentatious but fascinating to me. Attraction: Museum of Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide Location : Muvekita 11/1, Sarajevo 71000, Bosnia Opening Hours: 9am-9pm Tickets: 15KM This museum is one of the most touching museums you will visit. Here you can learn a lot about the Bosnian War which happened in 1992-1995. Here, you can see a lot of exhibits and real stories which shows what happened in the past. It is a very good and informative museum for us to learn about the history. Reserve at least 1 hour for visiting. The architectural styles along the street are diverse, with the elegance of the Ottoman Empire and traces of Austro-Hungarian rule.
