More than value for money for a semi-buffet!

A few days ago I went to a hotel in Causeway Bay for a buffet lunch. This hotel is located near the Central Library in Causeway Bay.
The buffet lunch here is from 12:00 to 2:30.
There are three Main Courses to choose from for the price of $168, and this time I chose
Gotten Pork Chop with Italian Tomato Sauce and Pan-fried Halibut with Asparagus Safflower Sauce.
Gotten Pork Chop with Italian Tomato Sauce:
This pork chop is simply my favorite food of the whole meal, pork chop has 3 layers of flavor, top layer of cheese, cut in the middle is ham, below is a thick pork chop, 2CM thick, pink tender pork chop meat has a texture but also maintains a soft feeling.
Pan-fried halibut with asparagus and safflower sauce:
The halibut pieces are covered with a few thin asparagus, and underneath there are 4 pieces of crispy jade melon. The halibut is fried crispy, while also retaining the tender feeling, full of freshness!
The buffet section outside is also good
Salad bar
There are several vegetables and corn, and two salad dressings to choose from, the vegetables are fresh and juicy, the salad vegetables and kale, the corn is very sweet!
There are also three fresh fruits, watermelon, honeydew, and pineapple, all three are very sweet and fresh!
There are also 1d snacks available, fries and McDonald's chicken, although they are kept warm by the lights, but still able to keep their crispy, and the fries are thickly sliced, with seasoning powder on top, and served with ketchup or Thai sour and spicy sauce!
There are two more breads, one is harder like a French bread, the other is softer with a certain crunch.
Chinese and Western soup:
The Western style is Italian mixed vegetable soup, which contains a variety of vegetables, broccoli, carrots and tomatoes, the soup is able to fully bring out all the vegetable flavors, and does not have a heavy seasoning!
The Chinese style is herbal tea. Although it doesn't specify what kind of herbal tea it is, you can tell it's boiled with rosehip. It's really suitable for the hot summer weather. It's cool and refreshing!
Six hot foods:
Steamed trout fillet with golden needles and mushrooms, stir-fried yellow tooth white, Fujian fried rice, fried chicken fillet with eggplant, butter corn dipped in fresh milk and stir-fried noodles with soy sauce king!
There are not many kinds of desserts, but there are four or five kinds
The floral mousse makes you immersed in the fragrance of flowers!
Cranberry fresh milk pudding, the fresh milk pudding is very smooth, plus the freshness of the cranberries, good!
Chocolate cake, rich chocolate!
Colorful coconut cake, rich coconut flavor, Thai flavor!
And why not miss the chocolate fountain that appears at every buffet and can be served with cotton candy or chocolate cake!
Finally, of course, the children's favorite ice cream, Victoria ice cream all you can eat, there are four flavors: chocolate, mango, vanilla and green tea, next to colored sugar crushed, chocolate chips, almond crushed for you to add, children must be very happy to see!
Semi-buffet costs $168 per person, plus a service charge!
