[2025 Kaihua Attraction] Travel Guide for Root Palace Buddhist Culture Tourism Area (Updated Apr)

This park is a fantastic place which is worth visiting in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province. There is huge carving sculptures and great lakes with carving zoo animals museum. Also there is ice palace, where the temperature is lower than 0°degree. There is many sculptures made from ice cube. From October there is opened a glass bridge under the park and there is every day shows with light and music from 6.30 p.m. The prices are not cheap but I highly recommend to visit that place!

One is to take pictures, and the other is to be shocked by the root carvings! The garden design of the entire scenic area is very beautiful, with a scene at every step. It is very suitable for ancient style and new Chinese style photography. Sisters, go ahead The entire scenic area is currently open to six spots. It is recommended to start the tour from the South Gate. The whole journey takes about 3-4 hours. You can also consider buying a ticket for the small car in the park and get on it whenever you want. There are many themes of root carvings, and it can be seen that the ambition is to fit all of China's 5,000-year-old civilization into it. The most fun part is the Children's Park, which houses a group of statues of the twelve zodiac animals. Everyone must take a photo with their own zodiac animal!
