🎫 Ticket Information:
Adults €18, 18-25 EU residents €2, under 18 free. The official website booking fee is €2, be sure to buy in advance! Free tickets must be collected before entering. This ticket is a joint ticket for the three attractions of Arena + Palatine Hill + Piazza ancient Rome. Choose a good arena visit time when purchasing, and within 24 hours you can enter the Palatine Hill or Piazza ancient Rome.
📆Opening Hours:
Open from end of October to end of March 8:30-16:30, entry closed after 15:30. For other times, visit the official website for the latest news, closed on December 25th.
🚗Transportation Guide:
Take Metro Line B, get off at Colosseo station, and walk 150 meters. Bus Route 75, Route 81, etc., Tram Route 3 can also reach.

📌Visit Notes:
The visit lasts about 75 minutes. You can download the MyColosseum APP, which has a free English tour, no Chinese for the time being. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, your ticket will be invalid. Security check is required before entering, no luggage, large backpacks, small bags may be opened for inspection, drinks, alcohol, etc. are not allowed.
📸 Best Location:
- Seat A is opposite the Colosseo subway station, with stairs to the arena.
- Position B is on the flyover on the northeast side of the metro station, just locate Ponte degli Annibaldi.
🍴Restaurant Recommendations:
- Cheap Trattoria Luzzi and LA BASE, 15 euros per person, for pizza and pasta, a few minutes walk east and north of the arena, respectively.
- If you want to take pictures, RoYaL Art Cafè Roma eats 25 euros per person, from the second floor terrace with a beautiful view, can just drink coffee or cocktails. The Court is a five-star hotel bar with cocktails and wines, and snacks are complimentary and must be booked in advance. 🌟Historical Stories:
The arena was built in 72-82 AD. Emperor Vespasian to appease the people decided to build, Emperor Titus at the time of the arena opened, the performance lasted 100 days. Emperor Domitian built the basement system. No more performances, the medieval arena was protected in 1749.
