I stopped by Roasted Coffee Laboratory in Shibuya’s Jinnan area with a friend on the weekend, and it was such a fun spot.
True to its name, the café has a lab-like vibe with its sleek design and focus on coffee craftsmanship.
We ordered the hotcakes, which were huge and fluffy, so we ended up sharing them. They were perfectly cooked, and the light sweetness was just right.😋
