🇦🇺Sydney, Australia 📍Hubert Bar This is one of the must-visit places in Sydney, Australia, Hubert Bar! They say you have to make a reservation at least a month in advance to get a good seat! I tried to make a reservation too, but they couldn't make a reservation for one person..?😭 So I walked in right on time for the show, and luckily I was able to sit at the table bar right behind the performance seats and watch the show! The cocktails were delicious, and the show was so moving.

The interior is absolutely gorgeous with dim warm lighting, the table set up and frames all around the restaurant. I was surprised at how big the restaurant was and how lively and full it was accompanied by live jazz music. It is one of the hidden gems in Sydney, and I love the quality of their food. Dimly lit corners with a smooth jazz band transports you into an era where the ambience whispers of 1920’s speakeasies. If you are in #sydney and craving for a nice vibe and great #french_cusine restaurant, you must visit Hubert in Sydney CBD. It’s located at a basement where it has jazzy music during lunch. I’d definitely recommend to book in advance and if you have great deals, 5-6pm happy hour is another great time to get there and have a few drinks + their famous cheese burger 🍔!!!
