The atmosphere and decoration bring me back to London, especially the red colour payphone, and also the bear. Whilst there are many choices of accomodations to choose from at Genting Highlands, Crockford's definitely tops the list for the luxury services and high-end amenities. My stay for 2D1N at the Gym Executive Suite was the best I've ever had at Genting. CROCKFORDS at Genting, is the most luxurious hotel under the Resort World Genting Group. The hotel lobby come with beautiful decorations of the lounge, cafe, and secret garden which is actually a smoking zone. “HORSE” by Fernando Botero Angulo displayed at the lobby worth millions of ringgit. After going through the rave reviews online about this new hotel in Genting Highlands, decided to have a staycation during one of the weekdays. Booked online just 1 hour before arrival. Hence check in took some time for processing. There are no child amenities provided initially, may be because of the late booking. However, upon requesting to the butler team, we received complimentary kids tent, chocolate drinks, gift packs and kids toiletries. Hence, I strongly suggest future guests to book earlier to enjoy the added benefit of personalized service. Room was spacious enough for Genting Highlands standard, with welcome fruits and macarons. There are also complimentary toiletries for man and woman! Did not have bathtub but the seated area with sauna definitely made up for that. Bedding was very comfortable, with superb view. Curtain can be controlled via the remote control bedside. Breakfast was semi-buffet. Main course can only be ordered once. Nevertheless portion is big enough. Nasi Lemak lobster is a must-try! Service was excellent. Overall, great hotel in Genting highlands, set a very high standard for the stay here. The best service hotel ever - Crockfords Genting! The room view was so beautiful! While we waiting for the room, they ady served us the welcome drinks and giving a small bear to my baby. First time staying at the most exclusive crockford hotel in Genting. The service of the hotel staff is very good and friendly , there is a serve welcome drink at check-in. You can also upgrade your Genting reward card to a gold card for free, and you can enjoy free cocktails and music at the crockford club lounge in the evening. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the invincible mountain scenery, and the hotel's housekeeper also prepared a welcome fruit plate, and you will also receive a small dessert in the evening. Crockford's hotel is the most high-end hotel in the Genting Resort World hotels group. It is located at the end of the Genting complex, after The First World Hotel, Sky Avenue mall, and Sky Avenue themepark. My experience staying at Superior King Room, Crockfords Genting Resort World: -Friendly team at the check-in counter. -Interesting decor in the lobby; it's run as the place to have your morning breakfast. -All the rooms have a beautiful view of Genting highlands, I love it so much! -There severalnprivate room, and back end rooms are located at the same floor, so it's a long walk to reach the room :). -The room design is fantastic; there are chandeliers inside the bathroom and in the living room. When I entered the room, I saw the sofa and working table first, and I couldn't see where is the bed :). It's actually behind the working desk. Maybe I was distracted by the beautiful toilet :). -The bed is so comfortable. -The room amenities is excellent, soft drinks, beers, and a coffee machine. -Cute tiger toy is on the bed. The Suite (the one I stayed) is luxury , spacious and exceptional comfort above the clouds! #gentingtrip The most luxurious hotel at Genting, Crockfords, is truly worth staying at! I really wish I could stay here forever; even now, I still miss it so much. All the suites here have themes. We stayed in a gym-themed one. I just casually pedaled on the exercise bike, haha. As soon as we checked in, we were treated to a delightful afternoon tea with sweet treats and lots of fresh fruits. Plus, we received handmade desserts delivered to our room every day. There was just so much to eat! The room was filled with free little gifts like combs, teddy bears, chocolates, wine, and indoor slippers, all of which we could take home! For other items that obviously couldn't be taken, we just had to use our own judgment. If I get the chance, I really want to stay there again, just lounging in the hotel without stepping outside.

I've stayed at the Fulekang Hotel five times, experiencing different themes, and even celebrated my birthday there twice, so I should have the most say, right? When I first started going there, it was quite impressive. The service was top-notch, and the staff even remembered your name. The experiences during the first few visits were great, with the program activities and staff providing full emotional value. During our visit two weeks ago, we arrived at the hotel entrance at 2:45 pm. Normally, we should be able to check in at 3 pm, but they asked us to wait. We went for a walk, expecting a call to pick up the room card, but it didn't come until 4:30 pm. When we went to the counter to inquire, the receptionist said we could already get the room card and asked if we didn't receive a call
