This particular McDonald's I've visited is located at the bottom of the stairway of BTS Chong Nonsi Station in Sathon area of Bangkok. You can now go back to eating Bic Mac and fries at midnight or scrambled eggs at six in the morning. The largest breakfast set costs 139 baht (with no coffee). You'll have to add another 60 baht to get the coffee. For me I just walked to Seven Eleven next door to get a good latte.
