The word-of-mouth buffet returns with great success! Poolside BBQ buffet dinner at Regal Riverside Hotel Shatin
Located in Regal Riverside Hotel in Shatin, Hao Restaurant has recently relaunched its popular poolside barbecue buffet dinner! The buffet with a good reputation has returned with great success. Let's find my mom and come to the hotel to try it!
Regal Riverside Hotel Shatin gives people a sense of both movement and tranquility. Located beside the Shing Mun River, the environment is quiet and comfortable, giving a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle. It is also close to the Shatin city center. Want to shop and stroll around and enjoy the lively atmosphere? That’s no problem!
Hao Restaurant is very spacious, and the food display area and dining area are neatly planned. There is a wide variety of food. The seafood area has lobsters, cod crab legs, prawns, Canadian conch, mussels and crayfish. The seafood is of good quality and the food is replenished quickly, so you can eat as much as you want.
Sashimi includes salmon, tuna, sea bream, cuttlefish and sweet shrimp, as well as various types of sushi that change from time to time. The five salads include: pasta, pumpkin, potato, mushroom salad, etc. There are also cold cuts of cheese, ham and smoked salmon! I like the pumpkin salad the most, it is soft, sweet, healthy and delicious~
There is a wide variety of hot dishes, including dishes from all over the world, including Hong Kong-style barbecued pork, soy sauce chicken, Malaysian satay skewers, Indian curry mixed vegetables, Hong Kong-style curry beef brisket, sweet and sour pork, lamb chops, duck breast, black truffle mashed potatoes, etc. You can enjoy food from all over the world at once. The fried chicken is the most recommended. The chicken is tender and delicious, and well-seasoned. I ate several pieces.
The highlight of the day is definitely the delicious barbecued food by the pool. Every time I pass by, I can smell the rich aroma of meat, which is very attractive! Including: American axe steak, beef ribs, pork spleen, lobster, pan-fried duck liver, freshly baked oysters, crayfish, fish, pork chops, chicken chops, various vegetables, laksa, etc. The most popular one is the grilled pineapple, which is sweet and juicy. Don’t miss it. The laksa is rich in flavor, with hints of coconut milk, and is quite well made.
The last dessert session was loved by me and my children. There were so many desserts that I almost took one of each one and was so full! The dessert this time was based on a berry feast theme. Many cakes had berry elements, such as: assorted berry soft-core chocolate cake, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry cheesecake, raspberry cupcake, raspberry winter squid, etc. There were also puddings of various flavors, mousse, machine-made pancakes, Dryers ice cream and a variety of tart snacks. I recommend the Japanese cheese tart and caramel Portuguese tart the most. The crispy tart crust is wrapped with smooth egg filling, which is very good.
