Classic Vietnamese-style Diced Beef: The beef was incredibly tender and smooth, with a hint of black pepper and a subtle sweetness. Very tasty. Jade-style Hangzhou Eggplant: The eggplant was soft and just right, with a slightly spicy flavor. Wok-fried Free-range Chicken with Sand Ginger: Thanks to the residual heat of the wok, the chicken was served at the perfect temperature, and it had a wonderfully rich aroma. I must say that this was a Shanghai trip that I went to at the end of March 2025. The reason why people said that when you go to China, you have to try their KFC is that I actually walked past it once. My friend said that the bucket was really big.
