A luxurious holiday in Moscow
We had the opportunity to visit Moscow last month and stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel Moscow. The hotel is located on Kutuzovsky Avenue, close to the Moscow River, and is very conveniently located. It is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the subway station, and there are several local parks nearby, making it very easy to get around.
We were really impressed with this hotel. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were attracted by the spacious and beautiful lobby decor. The reception staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. Although the hotel is large and it takes a while to walk to the room, the spotless environment and the first-class service here make you feel at ease.
The layout of the room is also quite good. I stayed in room 563, and although the view was not the best, the room was very spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. After a long flight, a bath in the tub is the perfect way to relax. The bed is also very comfortable, so you can get a good night's sleep. The room is equipped with a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV, and the facilities are complete. What I particularly like is that the windows in the room are double-glazed, so the noise outside doesn't affect our rest at all.
The hotel's buffet breakfast is served in the Veranda restaurant and is very hearty. Every morning there is a variety of fresh fruit, oatmeal, Asian noodles, and a variety of baked goods. There are also a variety of juices to choose from, and it is really one of the most sumptuous buffet breakfasts I have ever had. Although the restaurant's dishes are slightly more expensive, it is very convenient to find affordable restaurants just a few steps away.
The fitness center here is also very good, with a 50-meter swimming pool, a sauna, and a bathhouse. Although I stayed here for 4 days, I wish I had more time to enjoy these facilities. The room service is varied, and if you don't want to go out for dinner in the evening, ordering in the room is also a good option.
However, it is worth mentioning that some of the staff here do not speak English very well, so there are sometimes small problems with communication. In addition, although the rooftop bar of the hotel has a good view, the attitude of the doorman is a bit unfriendly, which is a bit disappointing.
Overall, the Radisson Collection Hotel Moscow is really a good choice for a stay. The perfect location, luxurious facilities, and attentive service made our trip a lot more enjoyable. If I come to Moscow again, I will definitely choose this place again!
After staying here for a while, I also recommend a few nearby restaurants: KT Biro, Boemi, and Bar Neon Monkey. Especially KT Biro, their food is really good and worth a try. There is also the famous Red Square nearby, which I recommend you to visit, it is really beautiful.
Despite some minor flaws, the overall stay was very pleasant. If you are planning to come to Moscow, consider this hotel, I am sure you will love it too~ 🌟
