This Phuket trip, we went to the island to snorkel at Koh Racha Yai. We chartered a big speedboat and left at 8 am and returned to shore at 4 pm. The price per person was 1,000 baht including lunch, which was very worthwhile. Everyone on the boat had to wear a life jacket and on the boat there was a guide who would recommend using the snorkeling equipment and explain the various islands that the speedboat would pass through. If anyone gets seasick, I recommend taking antihistamines before getting on the boat. It helps a lot. There were many tour companies to choose from, including local tours on the beach. You can contact them all. They will meet you at the office or some will pick you up at the hotel and take you to the pier. It was very convenient. This is another impressive clip. The island doesnt have much except the tropical blue sea and white powdery sand beach. The sunset there is beautiful especially with an ice cold beer accompanied by great food by the beach. There is a small food snack bar selling drinks including fruit shakes, beer, soft drinks as well as grilled bbq chicken wings along with other small bites. You can also try ATV as they have ATV vehicles for rental on the beach (around 1500 thb for an hour). On top of the rocks, you can get a vantage view of the beach and ocean and take an awesome selfie for IG.
