Fortunately, I tried it back in Hong Kong and it didn't disappoint me😍 Homemade Basque cheesecake The appearance is already very attractive! The surface is grilled to golden brown and slightly browned. The middle of the cake is melted in texture, melts in your mouth, the cheese is rich and not greasy, a little salty and cheese is perfectly balanced😍 It's the best Basque cake I've ever had! You must try this place when you go to Singapore 😆😆 Ice Latte The coffee tastes quite strong and the taste is rather bitter But balancing back the cheesecake is just right overall good The only minor drawback is that the price is a bit expensive. This shop specializes with all things cheese related, anf their number one seller is their cheesecake. Olivia's signature cheesecake is what everyone is dying to try. This cheesecake is made out of blue cheese, cream cheese and almond sable. But what makes it stand out from the rest? Their cakes has a runny center with cheese flowing out as you bite into them. The cake crust is special and taste good, buttery and yummy. Price wise is high, you get to choose a slice of cake or their 4 inch size, for $16.40. If cakes doesn't work for you, then do try their grilled cheese sandwiches, which are equally cheesey and good!

When it comes to the most popular dessert shops in Singapore recently, Queic by Olivia definitely holds a spot. The menu doesn't need to be extensive; specializing in just a few items is enough. The shop only sells three types of cheesecakes, and among them, the signature cheesecake is so highly praised that my friends say if you haven't tried it, you haven't really been to Singapore. Since it's so highly recommended, why not find a day to have breakfast and then slowly walk over to enjoy a piece of this midday dessert? The shop's yellowish-brown tones seem to be designed to reflect the style of cheese. That's what my friend said, but I didn't look into it. Without thinking too much, I ordered a piece of the signature cheesecake. You could actually call it a cheese pie. The crust is well-made, not too hard, and the top of the cheesecake has a slightly burnt look, making it visually appealing. The half-melted texture is the highlight, and the combination of cream cheese and blue cheese creates a rich but not overpowering flavor, very harmonious. This signature dessert is indeed delicious but also quite expensive, costing over 100 HKD including service charge and tax. The Iced Latte is just average, as the main attraction here is the cake, not the coffee. Perhaps a brewed coffee would pair better with such an outstanding cake. As more people started to arrive, I decided not to linger and went for a stroll to Clarke Quay, a place where I used to work, to reminisce about the good old days. So far the best cheesecake i’ve eaten. Knowing this shop through xiaohongsu (a china social media application) which is suggested and recommended by the food content creator. Thumbs up to the texture and flavour. Highly recommend to give a try but it’s just my preference. I’ve been so lucky that i didn’t need to queue for a very long time at the time of 2-3pm.

#singaporetrip Unique cafe with only cheese cakes. I love the interior design and the small corner introducing the cheeses. However seats are like a bench and you might touch the back of another stranger. Basque cheesecake was not creamy and gooey enough (too dry), a bit of a disappointment. Gruyère cheesecake tasted unique and went perfectly with jam and cookie (the cake itself is salty and tasted similar to salted cheese crackers). Limited options for drinks but overall a decent experience
