Standing between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates was such a surreal experience! 🌍✨ Next, we made a quick stop at Selfoss Town, a charming little place perfect for a stroll and a breather. Lunchtime called, and we answered by visiting Kaffi Krús, a super cute cafe that served up delicious food in the coziest atmosphere. Honestly, it felt like a warm hug in the middle of Iceland’s crisp air! ☕️🥪 No trip to Iceland is complete without trying a famous Icelandic hot dog, so we swung by Pylsuvagninn. Let me just say — the hot dog bun alone deserves a standing ovation! Soft, flavorful, and paired with that iconic Icelandic mustard… it’s truly a must-try! 🌭 After our bellies were happy, we explored the mesmerizing Kerið Crater. The vibrant blue water against the deep red volcanic rock was absolutely breathtaking. Byggdarhorn is located in the town of Selfoss in southern Iceland and is an apartment. There are kitchen utensils for cooking, but the dishwasher is broken and cannot be used.
