Location: Near Shenzhen North Railway Station, with subways and shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient for dining and traveling. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport by taxi, traffic permitting. 🏨Location & Environment This Pullman is probably the closest hotel to a high-speed railway station in the country. The hotel even has an elevator specifically for passengers to enter the station. It only takes 7 minutes from the hotel lobby to the ticket check and boarding the train, according to my own test. The hotel is located in the Huide Building on the north side of the East Square. The lobby lounge and the All-day Dining Restaurant are on the 46th floor. This height also directly qualifies it as a Shenzhen high-altitude view restaurant, although the surrounding landscape is just a high-speed railway station and an urban village... 🛎️Food & Service The weekend breakfast time at All-day Dining Restaurant is from 6:30 to 10:30. I arrived at the restaurant at less than 9:50 after leaving the station, so I quickly used the 50% discount coupon for the buffet in my Accor Plus membership to buy two breakfasts for CNY 138 and enjoyed them with my wife (the meal coupon on the group buying platform is CNY 108 per person). Before the meal, I thought that the basic room rate of this hotel could be over a thousand, which is definitely the standard of a flagship store in South China, and the breakfast level should also be... But I was overthinking it. In addition to some common bread stalls, Western snacks, and two simple Chinese hot dishes, there is only a fried egg stall and a rice noodle roll stall. There is no local breakfast, and even very little meat. The noodle stall only provides one kind of Cantonese soup noodles. There are no toppings except for seasonings. The only freshly cooked ingredients are beef balls and fish balls. After tasting them, I found that they were still frozen hot pot balls... In short, it does not match the price level of the hotel at all, and it is even a bit shabby.

The happy hour meals in the lounge are absolutely amazing, especially the spicy seafood, which is so spicy and delicious that it makes you cry. I have never eaten spicy seafood in other executive lounges before. I have to praise the hotel room: the executive room is comfortable and warm, and the bed is very soft. Once you lie down on it, you don’t want to get up. Looking down from the window, you can see the high-speed train and subway coming from time to time. Children love to look out the window. The floor of the room is also soft and comfortable, so children can run around freely. Hotel food: Breakfast and afternoon tea are both served on the 46th floor. This time I tried the Pullman Hotel which opened last year. The hotel hardware is quite new, but it is a bit troublesome to take the elevator three times to get to the hotel room. The staff were polite, but something unpleasant happened during breakfast, which greatly reduced the experience. The breakfast is buffet style with many varieties, but there may be too many guests, which leads to chaotic service. We had placed our personal belongings and original cups of juice on the table that day, but the staff took them all away and let other guests sit. I don’t know if it was a problem with the staff or the guests who sat at our table, but it was really disappointing that this happened. Our personal belongings were also abandoned. The hotel is located from 46th to 58th floor, so it is really living in the sky. The service is attentive but never overbearing. The good service award should go to housekeeper Crystal who left an apologetic note to us for not using the make up cases she provided. That was good service! Pullman Shenzhen North Location First, let's talk about the location of this hotel. It's right next to the super large Shenzhen North Railway Station, and there's a subway station right outside the door, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. When I went there, it took me just over half an hour to get there by taxi from the airport, which was not troublesome at all. Room Environment As for the room, I stayed in one of their rooms with large windows, which had a very open view. I could see the night view of Shenzhen while lying in bed at night, which was so beautiful. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was soft, and the pillows were comfortable. I slept very well during those days. Dining Experience As for food, there are several restaurants in the hotel. I tried the all-day restaurant, which had a wide variety of breakfast options, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and freshly made pastries, which were really delicious. In the evening, I went to the Chinese restaurant, where the Cantonese cuisine was authentic, and the waiters were very enthusiastic. They recommended several signature dishes, which made me very satisfied. Recreation Speaking of entertainment, there is a gym in the hotel, which is well-equipped. I went for a run in the morning, which felt great. There is also an indoor swimming pool, where the water is clean and comfortable to swim in. I swam for a while and felt completely relaxed. The kitchen is very diligent in restocking, so you can enjoy the view of mountains, lakes, and buildings while eating slowly.
