I had a two night stay here, been here for relaxing and bring kid to have time with their holiday & New Year. This hotel quite nice. Arrived a bit late around 4pm. The checking-in was quick, with the Ms receptionist who was very friendly, helpful & sweet at smiling. While checking us in, she also patiently answering questions. After check-in, we enter our room was with twin size bed & direct sea view room. Very good of room arrangements! We stayed at 10th floor, Deluxe Room with sea view for 1st day & Deluxe Room with club access for the next day. At 11th floor have a club lounge which have a beautiful view. The Club lounge on the 11th floor was great especially the breakfast & sunset cocktail it outside have a balcony. U can see the sea view and some view are city of Kota Kinabalu. Again the staff balanced friendliness with efficient service. We also love how we enjoy such quiet places with good food. No issue since we stay here. Overall we are very satisfied to stay here in Promenade KK. The receptionists & staffs also already giving a very good first impression which represent the good customer service of the hotel. The hotel offers a fair price for the rooms that are relatively basic but clean and come with good amount of amenities. Fresh towels and cleaning every day, also the staff is very friendly and helpful all day round. The location is excellent just 1 min away from the waterfront full of restaurants and within 5 mins there are two shopping malls. #mymymemories It's been awhile since 2006 i didn't join this Merdeka celebration due tu unscheduled duty... Hihihihi.. As i am so excited watching the parade.. I forgot to take the event close up picture.. And also i was to busy helping the elderly people who ask my help to get them a place to take the front sit so they can watch without hassling with the crowd cheering at the front line.. Anyway.. staying during the christmas season and new year moment , deco look fabolous and so crowded with tourist... will consider either wanna stay nx time or not... the room ok but the carpet look dirty and i dont dare to step on it 😜 luckily housekeeping bring slipper room...
