[2025 Prague Attraction] Travel Guide for Prague Zoo (Updated May)

Getting There - public transport ( metro + bus ) less than an hour journey for me. Use PID Lítačka app & google map to navigate my way around Prague. Super love the zoo ! One of my favourite zoo , hands down will go again when I visit Prague next. Really enjoyed my time there. Walked the whole zoo , spent close to 6 hour there , it’s really big. Can see why it’s known to be one of the most beautiful zoo in Europe.

I travelled to Prague several times . not only because i have friends there , but also because it has interesting and beautiful places to visit . one of these amazing places is ' Prague Zoo'. i visited there 2 times. it is a Big zoo inside a large garden 7 km from the city center opened in 1931. it is well worth to visit . it has different kinds of animals inside like ' tigers , elephants , birds , Dolphins with a dance show , different kinds of monkeys ' and whatever you want to see. i remember it tooks 4 hours for me to walk all around and see most of animals. there are restaurants also inside so that you can enjoy a delicious food there. also it has a beautiful view of Prague and Vltava river. #tripmoments #prague #trip #travel #zoopark #touristattraction

I recommend to visit zoo in Prague. Also highly recommended to buy tickets online , it will save a lot of time by not standing on waiting line to buy tickets. Also be ready to miss few busses from zoo because a lot of people are trying to get out and there is no enough space. Or order taxi . There is restaurant's inside so will not stay hungry.
