#celebratewithtrip This beach front is definitely far (Calayo) but it's worth it! If you're looking for a short escape from the chaos of the concrete jungle of the Metro, this one is a must visit. Getting There - Book a van going to Calayo Batanggas It's a 4-5 travel if you're from Metro Manila. Attractions - Beach and good sceneries. Hotels - there are a lot of cheap hotels/staycation houses around the area. Food & Restaurants - Food stalls and a wet market is available around the area. You can also bring food and cook on the transient house you will be staying. Shopping - There's a wet market near the transient houses. It's a little costly so it's better to buy food and other stuff beforehand.

Love the waters? Here’s a good new experience for you to try. We’ve recently drove down Batangas to try a small cruise adventure in that area. We rented a boat which costs Php 30,000 for 2 hours to see the scenery around Batangas in Club Punta Fuego. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The local guides help us get into the boat safely and they were touring us around the area. The ride wasn’t that smooth though because of the tough weather during that day. One of our peers even got sea sick. Luckily, we have cooling ointments on board to help. Overall, the trip was fun. We got cool pictures standing on top of the boat while we were on sea. Getting There - Nasugbu batangas we travelled via private car we just followed waze to Calayo, Nasugbu Batangas Attractions - beautiful scenery as seen on photos Hotels - There are no hotels but you can avail their cabin / Tent fees Food & Restaurants - they offer paluto services so you don't have to worry about what to eat. First 2 Photos are @Nasugbu this is an off road route when we discovered this scenic view it was definitely worth the stop. 3rd photo is on our way to Calayo / Papaya Island. We only rented the "bangka" for 3000 pesos. With free snorkeling gears. The water was so clear and clean. We didn't get the chance to stay on the island since we only paid for swimming fee. If you're gonna stay on the island there will be another fee. As for the 4th and 5th photo that's where we did our snorkeling activities the water was so deep there are also fishes and it was a really good experience. 💕 Definitely a must try. PAPAYA ISLAND x NASUGBU BATANGAS | DIY TRAVEL GUIDE 🚙HOW TO GET HERE: via Kabiang Tunnel (3-4hours na biyahe) We used Waze App, pinned location nyo lang yung Kabiang Tunnel. Pa-Ternate Cavite yung daan. Pagkalagpas lang siya ng Pico De Loro Resort, may kakananan kayo papunta na don sa pwedeng pagparking-an ng sasakyan nyo and dun narin ang pagsakay sa bangka papunta sa island. May checkpoint pagkalagpas ng Kabiang tunnel pero tuloy-tuloy lang kami at di naman kami hinarang. Basta magsuot kayo ng facemask sa loob ng car at magdasal narin na hindi magkaaberya. Haha 💰BUDGET SUMMARY: 1,100php/pax - back and forth na sa bangka plus water activities and island hopping. 3 destinations yung pinuntahan namin. Magsunblock kayo, napaka inet. Mga 3 hours lang din ung tour. 500php/ tent good for 2-3 persons 50php/ pax sa pagbanlaw na tubig, isla siya kaya expect na natin ang kamahalan. 150php sa parking fee for one day kung magoovernight kayo. 150php kung magbobonfire naman kayo. (optional) May babayaran rin na 500php na parang table or yung bayad sa pwepwestuhan nyo sa island. Dun na mismo babayaran sa nagbabantay sa island. 🍽FOOD Pwede kayo magdala ng food para mas makamura kayo. Kung ano gusto nyo dalhin na makakain, dalhin nyo na! Kahit jowa pa yan! Hahaha sobrang mahal kasi ng food kung dun pa kayo bibili. Kami kasi nagdala lang ng konting raw food na pwedeng lutuin sa island. Nagdala narin kmi ng lutuan at nag de-uling rin kami sa pagluluto. Survivor Philippines lang ang peg! Aside from that, dahil konti lang dala namin food, nagpabili nalang kami sa organizer ng mga iba pang pwede namin lutuin sa island like pusit, tilapia, manok,mineral water, condiments, pati dahon ng saging haha kasi magboboodle fight kami! pero wala naman yung bayad ung dahon ng saging. TIPID TIP💡: kung pupunta kayo ng island, magsama kayo ng birthday celebrant para sagot na nya yung ibang gastos! Hahahahaha ganun kasi ung ginawa namin! Hahahaha PM nyo nalang ako if gusto nyo mahingi yung contact namin sa island mismo if balak nyo pumunta. Para kung may iba pa kayong mga tanong, sila nalang ang kontakin nyo. 🙂 OVERALL, maganda yung island. Sobrang peaceful ng place. Pag umaga maganda magswimming. Medyo mabato nga lang sa ibang part pero pwede na para sa mga DAGAT NA DAGAT NA! Found a hidden gem at batangas. Though it was quote a long drive from pampanga to batangas it was worth as the beach was so clean and chill. The resort has a lot of entertainment where kids ans adults could enjoy. Just make sure to note that Pico Beach is the free access beach not the Pico Beach CLUB (where the swimming pool faces the sea). These 2 are the same beach just the other one doesnt have the access to the pool. Overall, great experience and good for family travellers ❤️

It's called Pico Sands Hotel, and it's a must-visit! 📍Unbeatable sea views The hotel is located in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines, right next to Pico de Loro Bay.
