While waiting at Phuket Airport, we were hungry and went to the food court. We found this place called Thai Street Food by Kin located in the international terminal. They offer simple Thai dishes, not gourmet cuisine, just typical Thai street food, but it looked clean and hygienic. We ordered chicken satay, morning glory with shrimp paste, basil beef, and an omelet. The taste wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested; it was quite decent. The service or the price might have been the reason for the lower ratings. The restaurant also sells Thai milk tea with various flavors, but they all seemed quite sweet. Since Phuket Airport isn't very big and the dining options are limited, we had to make do. At least the hot food was better than airplane meals!

Phuket International Airport is the main airport on Phuket serving destinations in Thailand and Asia. The international terminal is quite small and easy to get through. Outside the terminal is a smoking area (it is non-smoking indoors) and there is a very big duty free area as well as many cafes, restaurants and bars. I just ended my holiday in Phuket, and it was a great holiday. I was amazed at how Phuket International airport is back to normal as it is. Upon my arrival at the end of July 2022, visitor no required to fill up the arrival card; staff will check their vaccine certificate and proceed to the immigration counter. All was fast and smooth. After collecting my luggage, before exit, there were several telecommunications counters selling tourist sim cards and also money changers. Shuttle bus and Phuket airport bus still operate as usual. On my departure back to Singapore, the process was also smooth. King Power duty-free remains open and offers exceptional discounts for perfume. The food court also opens as usual. #springitinerary We flew on the Singapore airline Boeing 737 max new aircraft from the Phuket island back to the Singapore city .The flight was slightly delayed due to the rainy weather. But we landed in the Singapore Changi airport on time. The service was excellent .We managed to get a good sit on this flight. There is a business class in front of us, with about 20 rows behind the economy rows .
