This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom design is not only inconvenient but downright dangerous. I nearly cracked my head open because the shower head can’t be positioned properly, and water splashes everywhere. After showering, the floor was soaked, and I slipped stepping out. Instead of addressing the safety hazard, the manager refused to help and rudely claimed that we don’t know how to take a shower. He even suggested we should wash our hair in the sink to avoid water on the floor, which is absurd.To make matters worse, the manager blamed us for not putting the rubber mat outside the shower, as if that would solve the problem. Everyone knows the mat should be inside the bathtub, especially when it’s curved like in our room. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and he showed no interest in solving the issue. Quite frankly, the manager should be fired for his lack of responsibility and customer service.Additionally, no one at the hotel speaks English, making communication impossible. And if that wasn’t enough, loud music blasted throughout the hotel until very late, making it impossible to rest. This hotel ruined my vacation, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.
