#kualalumpurtrip This is my second time visiting Verrona Hills twice in the same week as the first time that we were surprised by the pastries. This time around, we came for the cafe food! We ordered their vegetarian opted aglio olio, vegetarian creamy mushroom carbonara and the tiramisu. I can tell you, this is the best pasta and tiramisu I ever had in a long time. The menu is sandwiches, tea, and coffee. 05: Fung Wong Biscuit Walking a little further, we found a tea shop where most of the customers were locals. The dessert here is Chinese mooncakes. The shop is beautiful and shady, with a great atmosphere. 06: Bookxcess This is the only place you need to go right now! From an old cinema to a super cool bookstore. It is located on the second floor of the RexKL building. I must say that this place is really cool. It feels like our Lido. Inside, there are many cool cafes and shops. 07: Pandan Republic When the weather is hot, stop by for some ice cream to cool down. The soft serve is delicious as its reputation suggests. Most importantly, the shop is beautiful for taking pictures, and there are many places to take pictures in the surrounding area. Another street worth visiting 08: Sultan Abdul Samad Building In the evening, we come to chill and wait to take pictures of the beautiful night lights here. The wide lawn has beautiful buildings as a background. The air in the evening is really nice. 09: River of Life Anyone walking this way can stop and take pictures at this bridge. At night, the lights are very beautiful. It is a popular check-in spot for photographers. 10: Lalaport Who would have thought that just a staircase angle like this could make pictures come out so cute! The stairs are lit up and the graphics change all the time. When you enter the exhibition area, the first thing you can see are cute piggy banks of various shapes and interactive games suitable for children. Adults can continue exploring. There is a DIY banknote printing experience area near the exit on the first floor, allowing visitors to understand the small details in the design of the Malaysian ringgit more carefully through hands-on printing. #celebrateit All the seafood in the mixed seafood rice noodles is of excellent quality—the clams, though thin-shelled, have large, plump, and juicy meat; the sotong (squid) is very tender; the fish slices are firm yet still soft; the prawns are impressively large, with a solid, non-mealy texture; and the crab is surprisingly fresh and quite easy to eat. Plus, the portion size is generous overall, making it a very satisfying meal. The shrimp paste fried fish slices are not only exceptionally plump and tender in texture, but the shrimp paste seasoning is also fragrant, and the outer coating is fried to a perfect crisp. The fried soft-shell crab is also top-notch in quality. Though small in size, it’s meaty and succulent, offering both the unique flavor of the soft-shell crab legs and the tender, moist texture of the body, without even a hint of fishiness. On top of that, the base flavor from the turmeric marinade adds an interesting twist. Overall, the seasoning and freshness of all the seafood are above standard.

This cafe have a wide selection of traditional local food, and the service is literally fast! I really love their Nasi Lemak Ayam Rendang, Soft-boiled Eggs, and Penang Prawn Paste Chee Cheong Fun. We also had a few other things and the drink was good as well especially their Cham (Coffee mixing with Tea), truly aromatic and smooth. We had one of the most luxurious stays at Ascott Star KLCC, and I absolutely loved the interior! One surprise was the toilet amenities, which even included a lip balm, something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. We booked the 2-Bedroom Premier, a spacious 87 sqm apartment with two expansive bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with Hollywood twin beds. If needed, a fifth bed can be arranged for an extra charge. The apartment also includes a separate living area, dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchenette, making it perfect for larger families or groups. The living room’s vibrant hues create a cozy ambiance, while the elegant bathrooms feature APPELLES luxury amenities. One of my favorite perks was the washing machine with a dryer, which made traveling with a baby much easier. The entertainment system with LED TV and plush seating added to the comfort. On top of that, the stay includes complimentary Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping, making it feel like a home away from home. It was a trip that really made me feel the summer 🌞🌴🌺 I couldn't go up to the Petronas Twin Towers because the tickets were sold out, but it was still impressive from below! Everyone should check for tickets in advance 🎫 At night, the towers change to white or blue depending on the season or event, and it was beautiful ✨ However, be careful of people who say they'll take photos for you and then rip you off ⚠️ I really loved Merdeka Square! On the way there, I came across some unexpected scenery, and I enjoyed the scenery after I arrived ~ And then there was the pink temple! 🎀 Here, you can change into something... (?!) The M Resort Hotel where I stayed this time was so luxurious that I'll definitely be back ✨ The food was delicious and the locals were so kind ~

Be engrossed in the different hundreds of genres of books here with frictional to non frictional, board book to activities books, magazines and stationaries. Bookxcess is a lovely place with tiers of books stacked nicely in different shelves, it's like a book maze and you will definitely be able to spend hours here just browsing around. There are corners where you can sit and appreciate some reading here. BookXcess is aesthically beautiful and I love their concept of a contemporary book shop. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dumpling skin was thin yet firm enough to hold all the deliciousness inside. I also tried their shrimp fried rice, which was light, flavorful, and packed with fresh, plump shrimp. #2月好去地方2025 #Jamie Mosque The oldest Islamic mosque in Kuala Lumpur, located at the intersection of the Klang River and the Gombak River, combines three architectural styles, namely North Indian, Islamic and Moorish, to form a unique Islamic mosque that is holy and solemn. Although no ticket is required to enter the mosque, foreigners need to register their information online and change into robes. Staff will explain the history of the building in English. There is mass prayer time at noon and the place is not open to the public. It is quite beautiful to take photos here. At the confluence of the two rivers in front of the mosque and along both sides of the river, there are beautiful murals and gorgeous buildings, which are very suitable for walking.
