We ordered the signature dishes, including Black Pepper Roast Hangzhou Beggar's Chicken, Handmade Fried Sweet and Sour Pork, Scallion Oil Noodles, Lamb Skewers, and Five-Nut Brown Sugar Mochi. When the Beggar's Chicken arrived, it was wrapped in a basket, and the staff handed us a small hammer to let one of us knock three times, symbolizing good fortune. The grilled lamb skewers were delicious. After eating one skewer, we felt it wasn’t enough, so we ordered two more, totaling three skewers. Personally, I also really liked the Beggar's Chicken, as the meat was tender, flavorful, and very tasty.
