I booked the ticket to Basel with the TGV and bought the ticket from Basel to Interlaken with the SBB◡̈ I didn't buy a separate Swiss Pass, but I think you can buy a ticket that fits your travel itinerary! ✔️And train delays are common in Europe😭I also missed my train to Interlaken because of a delay when I went to Baselㅠㅅㅠ.. I was really worried because it was a discounted Super Saver Ticket!
