#favouriteitinerary I just ate on a 14-course meal and my whole experience was amazing! This is ORYZ Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City, a fine dining and a Michelin Guide restaurant that took me to different parts of Vietnam through there unique and innvative dishes! I even had a boarding pass and a passport! 😱🤯 I started from hanoi with their beef pho but in a jelly form and their mustard fried rice with this green leaf like tacos. Next i had this beef jerky papaya salad with peanuts, hanoi rice vermicilli soup, their bun cha with a crab spring roll and this turmeric & dill fish is soo good with noodles! And this is their lemon tea topped with salted plum Now, Traveling to Hue. I love how they plate this Hue cake platter and a fish sauce dip from this jar. Snake head fish soup with steam egg. Bon bo hue comes with this tofu noodles thats gonna make right in front of you. 🍜 Ho chi minh dishes starts with the Beef stew with a seasame bun to dip. And rice noodle soup which I personally love.🩷 And finally desserts! I cant believe they made tjis com tam with pudding. This sweet soup is so refreshing with jellies and shaved iced.
