Taking advantage of Hong Kong Airlines' winter seasonal route Hong Kong-Yonago, I took a solo trip to Yonago Yonago City, a hot spring town that is considered a niche among Japanese people, for two days and three nights. If you book an outdoor hot spring room with a white fan, you can see the Daisen Mountain directly from the balcony. The room decoration is traditional and has a sense of age, but the hygiene standards are very high, and the overall experience is very comfortable. Yonago City is not very playable except for the surrounding Daisen. There is Conan Town nearby and you can go back and forth on the same day. The hotel is a very traditional Japanese style hotel where you stay and eat for two, and the food is very authentic. In addition to the private baths in the rooms, the hotel also has two public baths. Basically all the guests are Japanese, and only Cantonese and Taiwanese Mandarin can be heard in Yonago City. Overall, it is a hotel and travel destination worth experiencing. How can you come to Japan and not take a hot spring bath? This time I stayed in 3 hot spring hotels in the San'in area. All of them offer one night and two meals, and each has its own characteristics, especially the food! All the ingredients are fresh from the local area, and seafood such as fish, crabs, abalone, etc. are all caught that morning and directly supplied. I specially compiled it to share with you. They are: ♨️Shimane Prefecture Yunokawa Onsen: Yuya-an (Pictures 1-6) The hotel is located in an old house, and the Japanese-style room I stayed in has a garden view. There are 5 private baths to choose from, 3 of which are open-air baths where you can enjoy a bath while looking at the garden. 🍽Dinner was a Kaiseki banquet. Fresh black throat fish and Shimane wagyu beef were the specialties of Soan. I also recommend their award-winning wines. 🥣Breakfast was a Japanese set meal, which was also healthy and delicious. Soan has its own garden, which is quite picturesque. Unfortunately, it rained when I stayed there. The Sanin region is rainy, so the moss in the garden grew particularly well. I stayed in a Japanese-style room with a bed. The room was very spacious and very suitable for people who are not used to sleeping on tatami. When I opened the curtains, I could see the sea view. In the morning, there were seagulls flying by the window. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor open-air hot springs also offer a panoramic sea view. I took a bath once in the morning and once in the evening, enjoying the relaxing time while watching the seaside.
