Located just a three-minute walk from Hakata Station and the bus station, this is my second stay at Nishitetsu Croom, which can be described as a super stress-relief hotel. The lobby is decorated with seasonal themes for the Hinamatsuri and Sakura festivals, with comfortable chairs and red umbrellas in the rest area exuding a strong Japanese style. Why is it stress-relieving? The first floor features a large bathhouse with indoor and semi-open-air baths, plus a sauna. After a day of sightseeing, you can soak in the bath and sweat it out. There is also a direct entrance to a convenience store on the first floor, making it easy to grab a late-night snack or a drink. The rooms are equipped with massage chair pads, so after soaking in the hot springs, you can return to your room for a massage and then fall into a deep sleep. The breakfast is also worth praising. The restaurant, which operates as an izakaya during business hours, serves a rich breakfast for guests in the morning. You can enjoy the season's fattest yellowtail sashimi and two types of grilled fish to your heart's content, along with scrambled eggs, ham, fresh salad, Japanese-style stewed dishes, Chikuzen-ni, Korean porridge, and unlimited mentaiko. Interestingly, locals love to eat curry for breakfast. #FukuokaSakura Who among my family members understands! This time I came to Fukuoka, I thought I would miss the cherry blossom season, and I felt a little disappointed. But when I went out today, I was directly stunned by the beautiful "spring scenery" in front of me! When I was visiting the Kushida Shrine, I turned my head and suddenly a few cherry blossom trees came into view. The flowers were in full bloom, and the pink petals were sparkling in the sun, which contrasted with the quaint shrine, and the atmosphere was immediately maximized. ✨ I was stunned on the spot at that time, and I felt that my luck value was instantly maxed out. This must be the legendary "encountering love around the corner"! I quickly took out my phone (real shot taken on March 10, no filters 📱) and started taking a lot of photos. Each one was beautiful enough to be used as a wallpaper. When the breeze blows, the petals fall down, as if it were snowing cherry blossoms, which is incredibly romantic. #MarchGoodPlaces2025 I ate at three omakase restaurants in Fukuoka this time. The one below is not expensive among all the omakase restaurants. It has 25 dishes from appetizers, sashimi, boiled food, sushi to desserts. It claims that diners will not leave hungry. The king of shellfish in Hokkaido - Hokkien clams. After being cut and beaten by the chef, the nerves of the clams continue to contract, releasing the sweet taste in them. The umami flavor is further enhanced by pickled wasabi stems and lime juice. Unexpectedly, the last dish was lobster sashimi with Hokkaido horse dung sea urchin, topped with caviar. It was a luxurious dish with the best value for money. The first thing you tasted was the salty fragrance of the caviar, followed by the unique sweetness of the sea urchin, and finally the sweetness of the lobster meat. It was definitely a delicacy that would blow your taste buds away. Next up is the real oysters from Nagasaki Prefecture, which are characterized by a sweet taste without too much seawater flavor. They are eaten with Tosa vinegar jelly to highlight the metallic taste in the aftertaste. Back to the sushi section, the next one to appear is Mahata sushi. The name is unfamiliar, but it is actually seven-banded grouper. The main feature is the firm texture and chewy texture. It is paired with the homemade three-liter pickle, which is delicious and fragrant. The Shirataki sushi is crisp and chewy, and the sweet taste of the geoduck lingers. The black sea bream sushi is grilled and the fat explodes, making it delicious. At the end, there was egg pudding, lobster meat and matsutake soup, sea salt condensed milk strawberry and green tea ice cream. The food was very thoughtful and not sloppy. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

#Fukuoka cherry blossoms For those who like to travel to Japan, come to Fukuoka to see the cherry blossoms! As a Fukuoka citizen for many years, now I will share with you the super dry cherry blossom viewing strategy, no advertising, pure sincere water. From March 22 this year, the cherry blossoms in Fukuoka will be in full bloom. The first recommendation is Oho Park, the most convenient photo spot in the city. There are many kinds of cherry blossoms and they are concentrated. It is built in imitation of the West Lake. The Maizuru Park next door is also good. In addition to a variety of cherry blossoms, there are also chrysanthemums, which match the ancient charm of Fukuoka Castle. During the Cherry Blossom Festival, a picnic under the trees is great.
