[2025 Tekirova Attraction] Travel Guide for Olympos Teleferik (Updated Jul)

#summervacay Rode the Tahtalı Olympos Teleferik near Kemer and OMG it’s a straight-up dream. You start near the beach and end up on top of a mountain, like 2,300 meters up. The cable car ride itself is smooth and kinda surreal, you’re just floating above forests, cliffs, and clouds with views for days. At the top? Total jaw-drop moment. You can literally see the coastline, the deep blue sea, and endless mountains. The air is fresh, cool, and crazy peaceful. I hung out on the viewing deck for ages just soaking it all in (and taking a million pics, obviously). There’s a little café up there if you wanna grab coffee with the best view ever. Pro tip: bring a jacket, it’s surprisingly chilly even if it’s blazing hot down in Kemer. This was one of the best things I did in Antalya. It’s a bit touristy but soooo worth it. Nature, adrenaline, and insane views all in one go. Don’t skip it!

There are said to be over 20 places around the world named Mount Olympus, and the most famous ones are said to be in Greece, Turkey, and the United States. It is a travel destination where the weather affects your satisfaction.

The Olympus Teleferic is so high that it makes me shiver. I think it would be better to go in the afternoon with a rental car because there are no group tourists. Payment is in dollars.

One of my favourite activities on my trip to Antalya was taking the cable car to the top of a mountain! Stunning views over the blue waters of the Mediterranean give a perfect outlook of the city and beyond! Tickets cost $10 USD per person and can be bought at the entrance. Each cabin holds eight people so it's perfect for a trip with family and friends. At the top you will find lots of restaurants to enjoy food and drink with the view.
