[Korea] Myeongdong's highly recommended Ganjang Gejang🦀✨
#GourmetSummary
You're probably thinking about trying Ganjang Gejang 🤤
In this post, I'll introduce Odarijip, which I visited on this trip! !
Ganjang Gejang is a traditional Korean dish made by marinating blue crabs in sauce and aging them 🇰🇷
Odarijip has two stores in Myeongdong! This time I went to the second store, which is relatively new 🏃💨 It's on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel building, and on the 2nd floor there is a yakiniku restaurant in the same chain, and I was told to go to the upper floor if I wanted to eat crab 🦀
When I arrived around 18:30 on a weekday, I was immediately shown to my seat! When I ordered Ganjang Gejang for two, a lot of side dishes were immediately served 🤤 Kimchi, Korean seaweed, rice with flying fish roe, soup, etc. There were so many side dishes that I couldn't finish them all, but none were too spicy and I enjoyed them 💖
Ganjang Gejang is as shown in the photo! ! The plump meat was very delicious✨
If you are traveling to Seoul, why not try the Ganjang Gejang?🥹
