They were very quick in responding my message. The whole booking experience was very smooth and easy. The driver was on time and polite. I walked into the spa greeted by the staff with a big smile, they welcomed me with a cold drink and asked me to filled in some personal information and massage preferences. A few minutes later, the masseur came to the reception area and take me to the spa room. The spa room was clean and beautiful. The 2 hours massages was AMAZING!! She was also professional and friendly. After the massage, they served me a hot drink and offered a free drop off shuttle service. The price is reasonable, It's so worth it!
