We slowly approached with excitement in the hope of a chance, and looked towards the downhill section of the road close to the sea. We saw small figures lingering around, and they turned out to be two little blue penguins staggering there. We were so excited that we saw a small figure quickly flash across the road on the other side, rushing down the road and flashing into the woods on the opposite side. On the way back to the parking lot, we saw the little blue penguins returning home one after another. My friend and I marveled at their cuteness and felt that this trip to Omaru was worthwhile.
