#2024wish Just came back from an amazing day at Northumberland Zoo, and it was a blast! 🐾🦁🐵 Located in Warkworth, Northumberland, England, the entrance fee was around $20 for adults, which is quite reasonable, and they offer discounts for kids, making it perfect for families. The zoo might be smaller compared to some others, but it's big on charm and personality. The enclosures are well-designed, and the animals seemed well-cared for. From majestic big cats to cheeky monkeys and colorful birds, there's plenty to see. 🐅🐒🦜 One highlight was the lemur walkthrough – being surrounded by these playful creatures was such a unique experience! 🌿 They also have a nice café serving up snacks and drinks, and a playground to keep the little ones entertained. Nearby attractions include Warkworth Castle for history buffs and the stunning Northumberland coastline for scenic walks.
