Northern Ming Yuen - O Tai
"Northern Court" at The Londoner Macao is a 24-hour restaurant. It brings together traditional northern Chinese delicacies from Shandong, Beijing and Inner Mongolia. The food is cooked on site using open stoves, barbecue grills and roast duck ovens, bringing you an extraordinary taste journey.
The open kitchen is designed with transparent glass, so you can watch the chef prepare the whole roasted lamb up close, as well as a variety of freshly roasted meats and vegetable skewers. You can also watch the chef make a variety of handmade pasta and dumplings made to order. Make your dining experience more interesting.
The restaurant's décor combines traditional Chinese tones such as red and gold, and an octagonal vault with a golden dragon totem that symbolizes good fortune and luck. Private rooms also offer a high-end dining experience, allowing you to embark on a delicious journey full of surprises.
Kumquat Goose Liver - The goose liver is made into a paste and put into the kumquat-flavored skin, which has a unique taste.
Mustard Dun - a Beijing dish made with mustard and cabbage. It is a little spicy at first, then becomes sweet and fresh, with different layers of taste that stimulate the taste buds.
Mingyuan Yellow Jar - I don't quite understand what this dish is from the name, it includes braised sea cucumber and fish, stuffed with high-quality yellow soup, a bit like Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and with the addition of fermented bean curd, the taste is even more outstanding.
Peking duck (half) - very delicate presentation, crispy skin and tender meat. The placement and arrangement of the sauce ingredients are also quite special, such as osmanthus sugar, roast duck sweet sauce, cucumber shreds, green onion shreds, ginger paste, pickled vegetable paste, and sour plum jelly. The most special thing is to eat it with sour plum jelly, which can relieve greasiness.
There is also a skewer series, which is equipped with a small stove, making it more distinctive.
We ordered beef, grilled wings, lamb, and chicken, all with different flavors and textures.
There was also a 10-minute Chinese ethnic dance performance during dinner, which was a feast for the eyes.
