[2025 Kyoto Stay] Travel Guide for Nol Kyoto Sanjo (Updated May)

Perfect hotel in Kyoto. Excellent location, close to the train station. The area is quiet (as is most of Kyoto) but close to Nishiki Market, Pontocho Park, and lots of cute shopping streets. The room was very clean and the overall hotel design is beautiful. The rooms are large and decorated in a traditional yet modern style. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient. #Nol Kyoto Sanjo

In fact, this hotel was converted from a century-old sake brewery, and the facade has been restored to its original appearance from a hundred years ago! The hotel's landscape is very distinctive. When an automatic door opens, what unfolds before you is a picturesque open-air courtyard. The shape of the trees is beautiful, and against the backdrop of the smoky black buildings, it looks particularly high-end and full of artistic conception! ❤Recommended reasons: First of all, the location of this hotel is indeed very good. It is about a 500-meter walk from Karasuma Oike Station, and it is close to ShinPuhKan and ACE Hotel. 🍽Dining recommendations: The surrounding area is filled with various trendy shops, cafes, and bakeries on Sanjo-dori, so shopping, eating, drinking, and having fun are super convenient! Therefore, one of the great perks of staying at this hotel is that the wine in the wine cabinet in the lobby public area is free to drink! Thanks to the century-old wine culture here, each type of wine has an introduction next to it, so you can choose according to your preference and even take it back to your room to enjoy while soaking in the bath... it's very pleasant! 🛏Room facilities: I specially chose a room with a cypress tub bath, which is very Japanese in style, simple and clean... The room is equipped with a washing machine, which is very friendly! 👍Most recommended: Another very friendly aspect of Nol Kyoto Sanjo is that the check-out time is at noon, unlike most Japanese hotels where check-out is at 11 AM or even 10 AM. #cherryblossom2024 Nol Kyoto Danjo is located in Kawaramachi in the city center of Kyoto , it allowed you to easy access to many attractions nearby ; you can save a lot of transportation cost : The hotels also has many in-house facility such as hot spring for you to enjoy through tour the stay. The room is comfortable , clean and cosy. Loving the wooden bath tub and the bath amenities provided by the hotel. Recommended to stay here during the cherry blossom season .

It also comes with a microwave and washer/dryer. I'm looking forward to staying in my beloved Kyoto for a long time. 𝐿𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑔𝑒(7-10) This inn was renovated from a townhouse that used to be a sales outlet for the Fushimi sake brewery Kinshi Masamune, and they serve free-flowing sake.
