It was located on the 5th floor of the old building in District 1 (similar to the famous Apartment building on 42 Nguyen Hue) Vibe: Japanese vibe with some sitting are on the floor. There is a huge bookshelf with all the Japanese mangas. Tip: sitting outside at the balcony for the vibrant street view of Nguyen Hue walking street.

Getting There - the bus stop is right in front of the Saigon Opera house, near Nguyen Hue walking street (during weekend) The ticket is 150K VND for adults and 100K for children. You can purchase it on the spot. Sitting in the upper deck if weather allows as the view is clearer and you can take more beautiful photos upstairs. The tour journey will be around 1 hour. The route map is for reference but the bus may detour due to traffic conditions. Tip: Go for the late afternoon around 5-6pm as the weather is cooler and you can see the whole city’s light on. However, traffic is horrendous as it’s peak hour too.

This hotel is situated along the busiest street in HCM city. You can find almost everything you need around this area in walking distance. There are so many good restaurants and big shopping malls you can enjoy very nice food and fabulous shopping experiences for the whole day and night. And most importantly this hotel is very price friendly and comfortable to stay as compared to all the nearby hotels. Highly recommended,,😍

Saigon city is place for touring and especially cost of accommodation is not really high and food price is really really reasonable in case you prefer local food not talking about international or western food.

The Café Apartment Building, originally constructed in the mid-1960s, initially served as dormitories for government and military personnel, including US advisors in the 1950s and 1960s, as well as naval officers in the post-war period. Today, the apartment block housing a vibrant mix of cafes, boutiques, and creative businesses. Please prepare some small notes if you like to take the elevator.

✔️ Nguyen Hue Walking Street 📍 Central District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam One of the must-visit locations in Ho Chi Minh City is the famous walking street boulevard! It is an extremely wide pedestrian friendly path with lots of restaurants, bars and activities going on. During my visit, there was a massive flower display with all sorts of colourful flowers and street stalls. Definitely check out the chic and Instagrammable cafes at The Cafe Apartments too. But do note that it can get quite crowded and hot as there is limited shade, the path is mainly unsheltered.
