Lovely and cozy environment, with some retro decorations in the restaurant! Beautiful place to have celebrations, anniversary dinner, small talks! The food served was 10/10 great! Then complimentary bread served was soft and warm. We love both eggplant parmigiana (this feels like I’m eating lasagna in a way) and seafood risotto! Very flavourful and well cooked. Tiramisu is also one of the must order while visiting this restaurant! We love it here! #foodie

It’s her birthday, so it’s a special day to bring my special person to the best Italian fine dining restaurant in KL, it’s called Natalina, located in Avenue K mall (next to KLCC). We parked in KLCC and walk over as it’s connected and later on we can even walk around the klcc park. We booked 1 month before as it’s always packed and hard to secure a spot within 1 - 2 weeks. The restaurant is grand, the staff is attentive and professional on serving us, and we got to try their pastas as it’s recommended by everyone online. The food overall was 5⭐️ - Bread was complementary, came with 3 types of sauces, each was good! - Paccheri Amatriciana: Pasta with smoked duck bacon cooked in tomato paste. It’s very sweet and easy to eat, perfect for tomato lovers! - Pappardelle Con Guancia Di Manzo: Pasta with wagyu beef with cheese. This is the bomb, it’s so rich, meat is fatty and cheesy. Kidding! Recently, I went to Kuala Lumpur for a short weekend trip. What's on the list? ✅️ Book a nice restaurant ✅️ Spend less here than in Singapore ✅️ Have the GOOD steak 1. Tagliata Di Manzo aka Wagyu Striploin (RM85/100gm) [~200grams] Honestly, the steak here was a 4 out of 5 for me! We told the waiter that we'd like to have a smaller portion so it won't burn my pocket. He recommended the size, and although it looked small, we almost couldn't finish! Also, the wedges there are AMAZING. We couldn't finish the potato wedges and even decided to take it away! 2. Pollo Alla Romana aka Spring chicken (RM78) This was really good, the whole chicken, even the breast portion was very juicy. Usually, I would only eat the thigh meat of a chicken, but this did it for me. The fragrance of the roast and herb did it for me. We shoved it down our throat and finished it! 3. Traditional Tiramisu contains alcohol (RM45) The team was so wonderful and wrote a happy anniversary for us on the plate! This was truly the highlight of the night and what made me choose this place. Although it looks small, the cake is actually a whopping 30 mouthful 🤣 We were pretty stuffed from our meal already but couldn't resist filling our tummies to the brim just for this. Final Verdict: We did wanted to try another restaurant at first but couldn't get the reservation. I honestly DON'T regret finding this gem, and I would go back for the tiramisu every single Kuala Lumpur trip. My partner's favourite would be the spring chicken, which we both loved very much. Also! This restaurant is very near the Twin Towers (literally opposite, 3 minutes walk). Don't worry about not getting a good photo as there are tons of people who can help snap a good photo for you. I popped by one evening spontaneously since we were in Avenue K and although it was a bit early for dinner, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The specials of the day were introduced and we chose to order from the menu. The food is good and the ambience is nice. I can see that this will fast become a crowd favourite in no time at all. Overall, the ambiance and dining experience were quite commendable. I look forward to returning specifically for their eggplant dish! #malaysia
