Climbing up the steps, sharing the four seasons with Naksan.
Walking through Naksan Park, each step feels like traversing the intersection of nature and culture in Seoul. The winding paths are flanked by lush trees, with sunlight filtering through the leaves like fine gold dust, gently illuminating every shadow.
Reaching the heights, the city's skyline contrasts beautifully with the serene nature, offering a broad view and a sense of openness. Strolling along the famous Seoul City Wall Trail, the ancient stone walls bear the marks of time and witness the prosperity and changes of Seoul. Naksan in autumn is particularly enchanting, with fiery red and golden leaves covering the mountain paths, as if stepping into a poetic painting. At dusk, the sunset paints the sky red, enveloping the entire mountain in warm light and shadow, making it hard to leave.
The beauty of Naksan Park lies not only in its stunning natural scenery but also in its poetic tranquility and harmony. Here, I can shed my busy thoughts and find inner peace and inspiration in every step and view.

Naksan Park 🏞️
#seoul
Despite the hot weather, we took a bus to Naksan Mountain Trail, a place I had always wanted to visit after seeing it in dramas. However, the high temperatures made it challenging to fully appreciate the beauty of this location.
Naksan Mountain got its name because it resembles the shape of a camel. At only 100 meters in elevation, it served as a guardian mountain during the Joseon dynasty.
The Seoul Fortress Wall, which was built with solid granite bedrock to protect against enemies, is the most iconic landmark along the trail. It stretches for two kilometers from the Seoul City Wall (part of the Naksan Mountain Trail) to Ihwa Mural Village, and then continues downhill to Dongdaemun.

For a young country like South Korea, this park has changed a lot. The best way to learn about the history and changes in the park and the wall surrounding the park book a free walking tour. This one is called "Seoul fortress" and takes about 2 hours. You will learn about Korean history, the 4 main gates, visit the wall museum and walk up to the top of the park to get a good view of Seoul. It takes 2 to 3 hours because you have to get to the Dongdaemun Station to meet the guide.

happy vacation! Happy youth!
By the 30th birthday of a friend, we decided to return to 17 years old together!
This is an interesting project that is worth experiencing in Seoul:
We are a Korean school uniform rented by Hongdae. The cost of one day is 15,000 won, and if it is rented the next day, it is 3,000 won.
The shooting point is my privately owned Luoshan Park! Many cafes with beautiful rooftops, Pear Blossom Cave Mural Village are also nearby, you can go shopping together ~ Luoshan Park also has hanbok, Korean school uniform rental, suitable for people who only rent a day to take pictures! The mural village in
night is particularly romantic. We have a lot of delicious food in the art school district under the foot of the first love bridge. There are street performances in the evening. The photo sticker machine 3000 won!9

"Seoul Luoshan Park"
Seoul's favorite place! none of them! When the little cutes go to Seoul, don't miss
recommended in the afternoon, follow the mural village on the mountain, then drink coffee on the mountain to watch the sunset~ The sunset in Seoul is gentle and the whole mountain is a Korean drama. The sense of love
and because it is very close to the city, so the surrounding city has a very good view ~ there is a very kind feeling

Discovering the Beauty of Naksan Park: A Tranquil Escape in Seoul
#koreatrip Nestled on a hill in central Seoul, Naksan Park offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, with stunning views, historic landmarks, and a refreshing natural atmosphere. Whether you're a nature lover, history enthusiast, or simply looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy panoramic views of Seoul, Naksan Park has something for everyone.
One of the main highlights of the park is its scenic walking trails that wind through lush greenery and offer spectacular views of the city below. As you walk along the paths, you’ll pass by colorful murals and street art, making the park a blend of nature and creativity. These vibrant works are part of the Naksan Mural Village, a charming area adjacent to the park that is famous for its artistic murals and quaint alleyways.
At the summit of Naksan Park, you'll find a beautiful viewpoint where you can take in a 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, including iconic landmarks like Namsan Seoul Tower and the vast skyline of the city. It’s especially stunning at sunset when the city lights begin to twinkle, providing the perfect backdrop for photos or a moment of quiet reflection.
Another significant feature of Naksan Park is the old city walls that run through the park, offering a glimpse into Seoul’s history. These walls date back to the Joseon Dynasty and are part of the Seoul City Wall, which once protected the capital. Walking along these historic remnants adds an educational element to your visit, allowing you to connect with the city’s rich past while enjoying its modern beauty.
For a peaceful and scenic escape in Seoul, Naksan Park is a must-visit destination. Whether you're hiking, admiring the murals, or simply enjoying the views, the park offers a refreshing experience that blends nature, history, and art into one unforgettable visit.

Seoul walking tour
Did you know that you can travel Seoul just by walking? Just make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, have some stretching and you're all set! Our City Wall hike - Naksan mountain trail started at Hyehwamun Gate (Hansung Univ station exit 4). Along the way we are able to drop by Ihwa Mural village to check some of the filming location then we continue walking until Heunginjinmun gate trail (near ddp plaza). Our last stop on our walking tour is in Namdaemun gate (near seoul station). On our way home we decided to walk on Seoullo going to Seoul station. #seoulwalkingtour #naksancitywall #낙산성곽길

Naksan Park gets its name from its camel hump-like appearance. In Korean ‘nakta’ means camel and ‘san’ means mountain. So people refer to the park as Nakta Park or Naksan Park. The mountain is a solid granite bedrock. The Joseon royal family enjoyed the natural beauty of the granite mountain, but during the Japanese Colonial Period, a hasty manner of urban planning resulted in the demolition of most parts of the mountain. In an effort to save the remaining green belts, Naksan was designated as a park on June 10, 2002. Located in the center of the Seoul, this historical and beautiful park allows its visitors to view the magnificence of the entire city.

First recommend a good place to see the night scene - Seoul Luoshan Park.
Mountain called "Camel Mountain" or "Luoshan" because it looks like a camel back
