[Ryūgatake] Suzuka Seven Mountains
🏖️Overview:
Ryūgatake is a mountain with an altitude of 1099m that straddles Mie and Shiga prefectures, and is counted as one of the Suzuka Seven Mountains. The mountain's shape is so manly that it has been featured on the cover of a mountaineering magazine📖, and the summit is surrounded by a plain with many Japanese bamboo grasses. The view👀 from the summit is amazing.
💞Reasons why we recommend it:
Just before parking the car in the parking lot🅿️ of Ugakei Campsite🏕️, a deer🦌 ran towards the car. What the heck❗️
Now, Ryūgatake is an easy walk on a well-maintained hiking trail. When you reach the top and the view opens up, the mountain looks beautiful✨ and cool😎❗️, and when you start to see the mountainside, your excitement rises⤴️. The fatigue😮💨 from the climb is nowhere to be seen. There were a lot of people at the top and it was like an adult field trip.

The magnificent view of Ryugatake⛰️
Ryugatake is a mountain in Shiga Prefecture.
If you take the course that goes around Kasaneiwa, it takes about two and a half hours one way.
It's a relatively easy mountain to climb, but you need to be careful as the ground can be slippery and there are places where the path splits into several paths.
From Kasaneiwa you can get a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and Nagoya.
If you go on a sunny day, the photos you take from Kasaneiwa are absolutely stunning!!!!
It's rare to find a spot where you can take such beautiful photos, so I recommend taking lots of photos here rather than at the summit.
I started climbing at 12 noon, and was able to take beautiful photos just right.
