Wawa Dam (also known as Montalban Dam) is a gravity dam constructed over the Marikina River in the municipality of Rodriguez in Rizal province, Philippines. Wawa Dam originated from the Dumagat word “wawa” which means entrance. The jeepney fare from Marikina up to Wawa Dam and vice versa cost 10 pesos The tricycle fare from any point in the main town of Rodriguez to Wawa Dam and vice versa cost 8 pesos per individual. #newyearadventure

I remembered this was my 3rd time to climb a mountain, because I want to explore to get out of my comfort zone. In this mountain I experienced the challenge in mountaineering, not only because this is my first time, but its rock formations going up until going down was really awesome. The ambiance there was cool and the hospitality of the locals and the tour guides gave us the warmth and excitement for the climb. Along the trail, there were stations of water and food that you can visit, also if you want some stop overs for you to reach the summit. In the peak, you will see great views, the Wawa dam, some houses, and even the other mountains that is good to climb also. That was a wholesome experience and for you to experience the sea of clouds, 4 am is the best time to climb. #achievement #bucketlistreboot #mytripvlog

When he defied the Spaniards and their sorcerers, they cast an enchantment that trapped him between the two colossal mountains, Mt. Pamitinan and Mt. Binacayan. Using his incredible might, he prevents the mountains from completely crushing him, but his struggles occasionally shake the earth, causing earthquakes. It is believed that Bernardo Carpio's spirit remains bound in the mountains, awaiting the day he will finally break free. #timetotravel Avilon Zoo is the home of more than 3000 animals. This is only a short drive from Metro Manila and a bigger zoo than Manila Zoo. If you have spare time then I would highly recommend to come to this zoo instead as it is more spacious and more beautiful in my opinion. I was glad to see that the animals are actually well taken cared of. You can see it from their body, you can see that they are well fed. A well maintained zoo with a lovely staff is worth appreciating. Please look for Trixie, a famous Oranggutan in Avilon Zoo. She is so lovely. Mt. Pamintinan is located in Sitio Wawa, Barangay San Rafel, Rodriguez, Rizal formerly known as Montalban. It is also where the main jump-off point is. Our entire experience was great and we had so much fun hiking this mountain, because of its astonishing rock formations and picturesque views of the Sierra Madre mountain range and Wawa River. It is a beginner-friendly mountain, but the journey to the summit was quite exhausting and challenging. My friends love climbing so much and so am I, that's why Mt. Pamintinan was a worthwhile experience and an amazing one! Will certainly recommend this if you are into mountain climbing and hiking kind of a person 😊 #timetotravel #luzon #philippines

#timetotravel Mount Balagbag a great weekebd getaway which is realy near from Metro Manila . If you want try hiking then I must say that this a beginner's hike. It is easy though there are parts that are a little bit hard but overall hike is quite easy. This is also perfect for people who love to camp and mountain biking. Elevation: 770 meters above sea level How to Get here : We personally drove there but here is how you get there by oublix transportation 1. Bus Ride to Tungko from Cubao 2. Board a jeepney going to Licao- Licao for about 30 minutes 3. From Licao- Licao ride a tricycle or walk to the registration area where you pay for the trekking.
