You can report your license plate number to the owner before coming, otherwise, you might get stuck at the scenic area's gate. The area for brewing tea around the stove is below the homestay, mainly decorated in a traditional Chinese style, but there are only 3 or 4 tables. You can call in advance to ask before going. The downside is that you can't see the sea outside, but you can hear the sound of the sea, and the tea can be refilled continuously, with fresh and diverse fruits!
