Day 2️⃣ Highlights❗ ❗️❗️ I joined a day tour departing from Fukuoka, visiting Aso Mountain, Kusasenri, Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine, and Kurokawa Onsen. The schedule was very reasonable. 1️⃣ Had lunch at Aso Mountain, enjoying the scenery while eating. Meals range from simple to luxurious, and WeChat Pay is accepted. 2️⃣ Due to time and weather, I chose a place to experience an open-air hot spring at Kurokawa Onsen. 🗓️ Itinerary: The most important thing is to take the helicopter ride first. On the day of our visit, we drove up the mountain before the tour group arrived. Because we were hungry, we decided to have breakfast first. By the time we walked to the helicopter ticket office, only tickets for after 4 PM were left. Although we didn’t have the chance to get close to the crater of Aso Volcano because the second-level alert had not been lifted, the Kusasenri-no-Hama in winter had golden grass that was completely different from summer. Day 1: Fly direct from Shanghai to Fukuoka Airport, where a private car will transfer you to Kurume.
