#buffets #100waysoftravel One of the best buffet breakfasts I've had so far. Situated just next to KLCC, the view overlooking KLCC park was just amazingggg. Enjoying the peaceful serene park view in the morning is such a bliss. The buffet spread itself is huge with plenty of varieties from Western, Malay, Indian, Chinese to even Japanese and Mediterranean. Everything looks so mouth watering and it is indeed as good as it tastes! I highly recommend to go for the smoked salmon, very fresh and especially enhanced with capers. The yogurt and muesli was also delicious, as are the sausages and cured beef. Eggs station is no stranger to buffets, but the eggs here are legit. Most places probably dilute the egg mixture, but here you can tell those are solid whole eggs used in there. The Malay and Indian selections are decent, though the sambal was too sweet and not spicy enough, lacking the kick for me. The rows of pastries are extremely tempting but my stomach could only handle so much. Service was excellent as well, and I cannot recommend this place more.

From the exterior before enter the lobby, I was intrigued by its pinky-brown hanging stainless steel lamps that illuminate the walkway. Next, at the lobby, you could see big pillars with the Malay arts crafted on them. The hotel also houses The Watch Bank for exquisite watch selling, Mandarin Cake shop that serves some of the most creative bakeries and pastries, Mo Bar for cocktail journey and Mandarin Grill for a good sumptuous feast. Mandarin Hotel has all you need for your stay throughout.
