This was not only a great ramen spot. The owner was so nice to talk to. To tell you a bit about him, the owner chef is a former executive chef of a high-end restaurant in Australia, and previously worked at the Sydney Opera House. That was impressive.
As for the ramen, the noodles was in an appetizing shrimp and Oyster seafood soup. The soup was refreshingly soothing and was not salty as well. The whole meal was satisfyingly scrumptious and it just hit the spot. There are vegan options as well. I recommend booking or going early to get your spot, and watching it being prepped at the bar .
