Momiji Hachiman Shrine is a shrine located in Takatori, Hayara-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. This shrine enshrines a total of 12 gods, including Empress Jingu, Emperor Ojin, Kandowat Rojamyeong, Daikigimyeong, Inakurahonmyeong, and Shidaizumyeong.
Historically, it is said that the shrine was founded in the late Heian period, during the Chiryoku era, when the Shibata clan of the Shibata clan of the Rokugo Province invited the spirit of their own Santo god and served him.
Although it is a small shrine, it is popular because there are many places to see. So it is a great place to spend time leisurely while taking a walk!
