Rivaling Santorini! This Shenzhen sea view homestay is a must-visit.
The coastline of Dapeng Peninsula in eastern Shenzhen has been rated as one of the most beautiful coastlines in China by National Geographic, making it a must-visit seaside resort. The sea here is clear and blue all year round, and the 130 km coastline is dotted with beaches of all sizes, each with its own unique charm. There are a variety of water sports and a wide range of hotels and homestays.
Among them, the "Miyue Shenzhen Santorini Sea View Resort" in Nan'ao Town can be called the best homestay in Nan'ao. The blue sea, with its white buildings and arched windows and doors on the cliff, makes you feel like you are in Santorini or the Mediterranean. Its unique geographical location gives it an edge in terms of environment.
The homestay is not conventional, and each room is designed differently, with many rooms being "stunning." The room we stayed in had two arched windows, with green mountains and blue sea outside. The bay window is very wide, and the cushion is very solid, so it is no problem to sleep a few people. Waking up in the morning, seeing the crystal raindrops slowly sliding down the window glass, and the quiet sea outside... I can't accurately describe the comfort, you have to experience it yourself. The butler said it was one of his favorite rooms.
Speaking of the butler, I have to praise the service of the homestay. When we couldn't find the location, the butler rode a motorcycle to guide us and helped us carry our luggage to the room. After check-in, we were served afternoon tea, dessert in the evening, and a gift after check-out. There is no extra charge for extra pillows and quilts at night, and the bedding is very comfortable. The toilet is smart, with constant temperature and automatic lid. The butlers are very nice and responsive.
The white buildings of Miyue, combined with the blue sea and sky, make for a great photo. The homestay is built on a small hill, surrounded by colorful houses. Some are other homestays, some are self-occupied, and they are also very photogenic. The restaurant environment is also very photogenic.
Food recommendation: Miyue has its own sea view restaurant, small but tasty. The important thing is that the red cave and rooftop (with sea view and sunset) are very beautiful and suitable for taking photos. Although breakfast is not a buffet, it is rich and clean, with good ingredients and taste! For dinner, you can go to the "Shan Ye Mu Cliff Restaurant" downstairs. Looking down from the rooftop of the restaurant, this restaurant looks like it is on the deck of a giant ship sailing on the sea, with beautiful views both day and night.
A 5-minute walk down the hill will take you to the beach, with a small sapphire beach, not far from Moon Bay Shuangyong Pier and Haibei Bay.
